What data we process
We only process the data you send us yourself at info@emkosteklo.ru: your name, contact email or phone, company name and the content of your request — for example, an RFQ sheet or selection parameters.
The data is used solely to answer your inquiry, select the right execution and prepare a proposal.
Site tools and your data
The calculators and the RFQ sheet run locally in your browser: the parameters you enter are not sent to any server and are not stored anywhere.
You send the result yourself — copied text, downloaded file or a ready-made email — and you choose who receives it.
Cookies and analytics
The site has no analytics or advertising counters, trackers or tracking cookies.
The hosting provider may keep a standard technical access log (IP address, date and time, URL) — this is necessary for security and troubleshooting.
Storage and sharing
Data from your inquiries is not shared with third parties except where directly required by law.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, and is then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion — write to info@emkosteklo.ru and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
